I loved the secluded setting of this lodge. It seemed like a true getaway, but still had all the amenities nearby. The breakfast at the Apple Valley Cafe was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. The highlight, however, was the Bluegrass Brunch at the Bistro. The food was top-tier and the live music made for a good experience. The room itself was cozy, with a lovely back porch to enjoy morning coffee. The kitchenette was a great addition, and the rustic chic decor added to the overall charm. I also enjoyed browsing the outdoor apparel store in the village and taking advantage of the promotional gift card we received.
Nothing to fault.

Our stay at Dancing Bear Lodge was an absolute gem! The value for the money was excellent, with a beautiful cabin that had attention to every detail and fine views of the treetops. The location was perfect, secluded yet close to nearby attractions, and the staff treated us with such warmth and helpfulness.
Hotel breakfast could have been improved with better cleanliness. The floors felt dirty and we discovered a filthy area under a nightstand when we moved it.

We had an amazing time at the lodge! The location was perfect, with a bike path nearby for scenic rides, and an event center for evening entertainment. We loved grabbing a cup of coffee at the new coffee shop in the front of the property, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the outdoor seating at the Bistro, where we had some incredible dinners.
The only downside was the limited parking space near the restaurant, which occasionally made it difficult to find a spot.

The setting was beautiful and peaceful, with rocking chairs on the front porch. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the homemade granola and banana muffins were especially delicious.
Felt like in a fairy, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of this lodge was perfect for those looking to escape the busyness of Gatlinburg. It's nestled in a beautiful wooded area, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The cabins themselves were comfortable and clean, and the furnishings were lovely. I especially enjoyed sitting on the back deck, which had a hot tub, swing, and rocking chairs. It was the perfect spot to relax after a long day. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, replenishing our woodpile and towels daily.
One downside of our stay was that the less formal restaurant closed at 7 pm. It would have been great if the restaurant stayed open later to accommodate guests who wanted to explore the area.
